"Baking Cookies for Santa" (Annabelle and Nicolas 2010)It is Christmas afternoon.... the presents have been unwrapped, the paper burned in the fireplace, Santa's cookies ravaged by naughty chair-climbing toddlers, and I am left to ponder another year of raising two little ones and creating art. And what I am pondering, most of all, is gratitude -- gratitude to all of you who take the time to read and comment on my blog despite my erratic postings and long stretches between new paintings. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for meeting me here over the years in our little pocket of cyberspace. I love you all! Merry Christmas!!
